Terms of Service

1. The service

website-automation lets you generate, host, and publish marketing websites using AI. By creating an account or using a free trial, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or publish illegal content, hate speech, harassment, CSAM, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Impersonate other people or businesses without their permission.
• Run phishing, scam, or fraudulent sites.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overload our infrastructure.
• Resell the service or rent it to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Plans and payment

• Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page and may be updated with at least 30 days' notice.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plans only. Request the refund by email — we'll process it back to the original card within 5–10 business days. Renewals and upgrades after the first 14 days are not refundable; you can cancel any time to stop future charges.
• Custom-domain registration fees, marketplace fees, and payment-processing fees (Stripe) are non-refundable, as those are paid through to third parties.

5. Your content

You own everything you create on the platform — copy, design choices, uploaded images. By using the service you grant us a limited license to host, display, and back up that content so we can run the service for you. Generated AI text and images are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.

6. Our IP

The website-automation platform, including the editor, generation pipeline, and codebase, is our property. These terms don't transfer any rights to that.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. AI generation may fail due to upstream provider outages — in such cases, your generation quota is not consumed. We're not liable for indirect damages from downtime.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination your sites become unavailable and your data is deleted per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer + limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey unless required otherwise by local consumer-protection rules.
